ü Select target markets in agreement with exporters Our Export Missions proposal includes : ![]() ü Collect all relevant data on markets from available sources of information ü Establish a sample of potential distributors ü Take appointments with potential distributors ü Contact with institutional trade organizations (Chambers of commerce, Embassies, Consulates, Trade associations,...) ü Visit selected markets (3 to 10 days depending on their size) to collect a maximum of product specific information (modes of consumption, points of sales, sales growth, existing brands, share of market, prices, advertising & promotional budgets, etc.) and meet potential distributors and customers ü Elaborate visit report and recommendations ü Choice of distributor(s) ü Develop a marketing plan ü Prepare first order |
